GAMERS ARENA by Rubix Cube is a Online Tournament in which any team can participate.
All teams are required to read the tournament rules and regulations. Participation in the tournament signifies that the team agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations.
Any team that violates the rules will be disqualified from the tournament.
RUBIX CUBE MANAGEMENT reserves the right to amend, remove, or otherwise change the rules, without further notice.
RUBIX CUBE MANAGEMENT also reserves the right to make judgment on cases not specifically covered by the rulebook in order to preserve the spirit of fair competition and sportsmanship.
These rules are designed to foster a competitive and fair environment for all participants. We appreciate your adherence to these guidelines and wish you a successful and engaging tournament experience.
Participants are required to source their internet connections.
Participants are not allowed to intentionally cause a disconnection during a game. Offenders will incur one infraction point.
If a participant is disconnected due to network issues, they are allowed to reconnect back to the game while the match is still ongoing. Participants are not allowed to request a pause or a remake due to a disconnection.
However, Management may consider a remake, at their sole discretion, under one of the following conditions:
Game server failure - all players are unable to reconnect or suffering high ping or lag in-game
If 10 players or more are disconnected at the same time due to network issues
The bug is game-breaking and causes the 50% of players to be unable to play the game in a normal manner.
Management is promptly notified of the bug when it occurs.
The bug occurs when no other players in the match have been killed yet.
The bug is not triggered with malicious intent by the player.
The Tournament Administration has the right to restart the game when the game cannot be broadcasted as normal. The start of the match is when the “warmup” has ended and everyone has loaded on the starting plane. If the above conditions are met, players should instantly request a rehost by notifying the management team by texting them and letting them, know the issue and asking for help, followed by a valid reason and sufficient evidence. Players should continue playing until the rehost is confirmed by Tournament Administration.
It is the team’s responsibility to ensure they check the WhatsApp Group. Lobby names and team slots will be posted in the official WhatsApp group prior to the match's start time. It is the responsibility of all participants to check WhatsApp groups for important messages regarding the lobby they are assigned to. This is especially important in the early part of each new Match if a server needs to be restarted for any reason.
Participating teams are requested to ensure their schedules are cleared prior to the tournament. This will ensure full participation and dedication during the tournament matches.
Teams are required to promptly join the designated lobbies at the specified time with squad entry. Failure to adhere to the lobby joining timing may result in consequences for the team.

One team player or captain must record their point of view (POV) along with their teammates' voice during the game and All Team Players And Captains save the in-game replay on their devices From History. They may be asked to provide their POV at any time. If the POV is not provided, the management reserves the right to take appropriate action.
Every Team Players and Captains Must Provide Their HUD screenshot before matches and if we found different Custom HUD (MAJOR CHANGES ). Then Management reserve all rights to disqualify the teams and take strict action against them. This will be all management's decision.
Each team member should take end-of-game screenshots of their results in case of any disputes and/or technical difficulties in the lobbies. Failure to provide said screenshots when requested can lead to disciplinary action and/or loss of points. If you have problems or notice any issues, Please contact the admins IMMEDIATELY. Teams are responsible for their own technical issues, including hardware, software, and/or internet issues due their own error (touching any tournament equipment that leads to Technical Issues). Matches may not be rescheduled or remade because of technical issues and matches will be played nevertheless.
Participants are not allowed to use PC emulators to emulate Free Fire Max for any tournament games.
Anyone found using any abnormal methods, cheats or exploits during the tournament will be immediately banned without warning.
Offenders and their team will be immediately disqualified.
A Player and/or his team will be subjected to disciplinary actions for violation of the Code of Conduct and Tournament Rules. Disciplinary action can range from warnings, penalty points, and fines, up to a ban from upcoming Tournaments.

These rules may be subject to amendments, modifications, or supplements by the Tournament Management, as deemed necessary, to uphold fair play and maintain the integrity of the tournament.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of these rules, player eligibility, scheduling of the tournament, and penalties for misconduct, lie solely with the management team. The decisions made by the management team are deemed final and binding
