Team Contract

This is a team contract form, a format used by an org or an esports team to officially sign an esports lineup. This form should only be used by esports team owners and org owners. Strict action will be taken if anyone else uses it. Also, this form should not be used without FFKEC's permission. For any customization or edits to create your own team contract, you can contact the FFKEC admins and they will assist you.
